观察复合多糖聚合物对动物的止血作用,并与进口多糖微球、羧甲基壳聚糖微球、淀粉微球进行比较。用新西兰白兔进行耳缘静脉、耳动脉、体表创面和肝脏止血试验,观察复合多糖聚合物及对照品对家兔的止血作用。复合多糖聚合物组与模型对照组相比,能明显缩短出血时间。家兔肝损伤模型,复合多糖聚合物的止血效果明显优于羧甲基壳聚糖微球组以及淀粉微球组;其他创伤模型,复合多糖聚合物与各止血对照组相比,止血效果相当。复合多糖聚合物对家兔耳缘静脉、耳动脉、体表创伤以及肝损伤均呈现明显的止血效果。复合多糖聚合物与羧甲基壳聚糖微球以及淀粉微球相比,有一定的优势;与进口对照品比较,无明显差异。
觀察複閤多糖聚閤物對動物的止血作用,併與進口多糖微毬、羧甲基殼聚糖微毬、澱粉微毬進行比較。用新西蘭白兔進行耳緣靜脈、耳動脈、體錶創麵和肝髒止血試驗,觀察複閤多糖聚閤物及對照品對傢兔的止血作用。複閤多糖聚閤物組與模型對照組相比,能明顯縮短齣血時間。傢兔肝損傷模型,複閤多糖聚閤物的止血效果明顯優于羧甲基殼聚糖微毬組以及澱粉微毬組;其他創傷模型,複閤多糖聚閤物與各止血對照組相比,止血效果相噹。複閤多糖聚閤物對傢兔耳緣靜脈、耳動脈、體錶創傷以及肝損傷均呈現明顯的止血效果。複閤多糖聚閤物與羧甲基殼聚糖微毬以及澱粉微毬相比,有一定的優勢;與進口對照品比較,無明顯差異。
관찰복합다당취합물대동물적지혈작용,병여진구다당미구、최갑기각취당미구、정분미구진행비교。용신서란백토진행이연정맥、이동맥、체표창면화간장지혈시험,관찰복합다당취합물급대조품대가토적지혈작용。복합다당취합물조여모형대조조상비,능명현축단출혈시간。가토간손상모형,복합다당취합물적지혈효과명현우우최갑기각취당미구조이급정분미구조;기타창상모형,복합다당취합물여각지혈대조조상비,지혈효과상당。복합다당취합물대가토이연정맥、이동맥、체표창상이급간손상균정현명현적지혈효과。복합다당취합물여최갑기각취당미구이급정분미구상비,유일정적우세;여진구대조품비교,무명현차이。
To observe the hemostatic effect of the compound polysaccharide polymer on animals,and compare with imported poly-saccharide microspheres,carboxymethyl chitosan microspheres and starch microspheres.Ear vein,artery,superficial wound and livery hemostasis trials were performed on rabbits to observe the hemostasis effect of compound polysaccharide polymer and the compares. Compared with control group,compound polysaccharide polymer could clearly shorten the bleeding time.Similarly,the experimental group was better than the control group in the hemostasis of rabbit liver injury model,and it had similar effect with the control grou in other model.compound polysaccharide polymer have better hemostasis effect in the ear vein,surface wound,artery and livery hemosta-sis tests and have no obvious difference with the imported control group.As a result,compound polysaccharide polymer have clear ad-vantage in surgery hemostasis.
