This paper is about to analyze the fact that there exist smaller molecules and oligomers in tube wall of ethylene glycol tube heat exchanger of polycondensation vacuum system in some production line because of long-time running,which directly influences the effect of heat exchange and ethylene glycol circulation,affects capacity of vacuum system and finally results in short performing cycle of vacuum system.Possible solutions and targeted re-forms are as follow.
