应用CFD软件Fluent对流化床内油页岩的流动特性进行了冷态流场模拟,并研究不同时刻、不同粒径以及不同弹性恢复系数对流化床内流化状态的影响。最终模拟结果表明:随着时间的推移流化现象越来越明显,同时颗粒粒径越小,弹性恢复系数越小更容易使气流稳定,有益于物料的正常流化。
應用CFD軟件Fluent對流化床內油頁巖的流動特性進行瞭冷態流場模擬,併研究不同時刻、不同粒徑以及不同彈性恢複繫數對流化床內流化狀態的影響。最終模擬結果錶明:隨著時間的推移流化現象越來越明顯,同時顆粒粒徑越小,彈性恢複繫數越小更容易使氣流穩定,有益于物料的正常流化。
응용CFD연건Fluent대류화상내유혈암적류동특성진행료랭태류장모의,병연구불동시각、불동립경이급불동탄성회복계수대류화상내류화상태적영향。최종모의결과표명:수착시간적추이류화현상월래월명현,동시과립립경월소,탄성회복계수월소경용역사기류은정,유익우물료적정상류화。
Application of CFD software Fluent on the flow characteristic of fluidized bed furnace for cold flow field simulation. Study on the influence of different time,different particle diameter and different elastic recov-ery coefficient for the flow state in fluidized bed. . Final simulation results show that with time goes on the fluid-ized condition will happened more easily,and the smaller particle size,the smaller elastic recovery coefficient are more easily for flow stability,which is beneficial to achieve the fluidization process.
