研究了合金化元素Y、Zr、Mo对Cu-0.8Cr合金组织和性能的影响。合金试样经950℃、1 h固溶后，冷拉拔至加工变形量为30%，并分别在300、350、400、450、500℃时效处理4 h。结果表明，Zr、Y能够细化合金中的第二相，而Mo可以抑制第二相的析出；合金化元素提高Cu-0.8Cr合金抗拉强度的能力由大到小依次为Zr、Y、Mo，提高软化温度的能力由高到低依次为Zr、Mo、Y。
연구료합금화원소Y、Zr、Mo대Cu-0.8Cr합금조직화성능적영향。합금시양경950℃、1 h고용후，랭랍발지가공변형량위30%，병분별재300、350、400、450、500℃시효처리4 h。결과표명，Zr、Y능구세화합금중적제이상，이Mo가이억제제이상적석출；합금화원소제고Cu-0.8Cr합금항랍강도적능력유대도소의차위Zr、Y、Mo，제고연화온도적능력유고도저의차위Zr、Mo、Y。
Effects of various alloying elements Y, Zr and Mo on microstructure and properties of the Cu-0.8Cr alloy were investigated.All alloy samples were solution-treated at 950℃ for 1 h and cold-drawn to a deformation of 30%, and then aged at 300, 350, 400, 450 and 500℃ respectively for 4 h.Results show that Zr and Y can refine the second-phase particles in the alloy matrix, and Mo is supposed to inhibit the precipitation of the second-phase particles. The capacity of alloying elements to improve the tensile strength of Cu-0.8Cr alloy in descending order is Zr, Y and Mo, and to increase the softening temperature from high to low is followed by Zr, Mo and Y.
