目的：比较单纯化疗与化疗联合中药治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的近期临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者53例，按照不同治疗方法分为中西医结合组（化疗联合中药治疗）27例和西医组（单纯化疗）26例。比较两组患者的临床疗效和1年生存情况。结果治疗2个疗程后，中西医结合组病情缓解14例（51.9％），病情无进展8例（29.6％），病情恶化5例（18.5％），治疗总有效率为51.9％，疗效显著优于单纯西医治疗组（P>0.05）。中西医结合组1年内患者生存13例，生存率48.1％，两组1年总生存率与无瘤生存率的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组肿瘤局部复发率和远处转移率的差异无统计学意义。结论化疗联合中药治疗Ⅲ、Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效优于单纯化疗。
목적：비교단순화료여화료연합중약치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ기비소세포폐암적근기림상료효。방법선택아원수치적Ⅲ、Ⅳ기비소세포폐암환자53례，안조불동치료방법분위중서의결합조（화료연합중약치료）27례화서의조（단순화료）26례。비교량조환자적림상료효화1년생존정황。결과치료2개료정후，중서의결합조병정완해14례（51.9％），병정무진전8례（29.6％），병정악화5례（18.5％），치료총유효솔위51.9％，료효현저우우단순서의치료조（P>0.05）。중서의결합조1년내환자생존13례，생존솔48.1％，량조1년총생존솔여무류생존솔적차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）。량조종류국부복발솔화원처전이솔적차이무통계학의의。결론화료연합중약치료Ⅲ、Ⅳ기비소세포폐암적근기료효우우단순화료。
Objective To compare the short-term clinical effects of mere chemotherapy and chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese Integrative Medicine in the treatment ofⅢ,Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 53 cases ofⅢ,Ⅳstage non-small cell lung cancer were included and divided into the traditional Chinese and Western medicine integra-tive group in which chemotherapy was combined with traditional Chinese medicine for 27 cases, and Western medicine group in which there was mere chemotherapy for 26 cases. After treatment, the curative effect and one-year survival of patients were compared between the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, 14 cases had remission in chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine group (51.9%), 8 cases of patients had disease free-progression (29.6%), and the rest 5 cases had disease deteriorated (18.5%), with a total effective rate of 51.9%. The curative effects were significantly higher than that of simple Western medication group (P>0.05). 13 cases had one-year survival in combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine group with a survival rate of 48.1%, and there was no significant difference in one-year survival rates between the two groups (P>0.05). The local recurrence and distant metastasis rate was of no significant difference in the follow-up of one year. Conclusion Chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy had optimum short-term effects onⅢ,Ⅳstage non-small cell lung cancer.
