    Tussah’s male moth%heavy metal pollutants%determination and analysis
    为验证柞蚕雄蛾的食用安全性，对柞蚕雄蛾粉中的重金属污染物进行了测定。结果发现，柞蚕雄蛾中汞、铬、铅、镉、砷的含量低于谷物、蔬菜、肉、蛋食品的相关限量标准。
    위험증작잠웅아적식용안전성，대작잠웅아분중적중금속오염물진행료측정。결과발현，작잠웅아중홍、락、연、력、신적함량저우곡물、소채、육、단식품적상관한량표준。
    In order to verify the edible safety of tussah’s male moth ,the heavy metal pollutants in tussah’s male moth powder were determined .The results show that the contents of mercury ,chromium ,lead ,cadmium and arsenic in tussah’s male moth are below the relevant food standard set for grain ,vegetables ,meat and eggs ,which proved that tussah’s male moth is safe to eat .
