随着军民融合保障进入到具体实施层面，对可能出现的问题必须加强预见性研究。针对美军战场合同商保障中存在的典型问题，从保障流程、合同规范、指控能力、保障效率等方面进行分析总结。以美军战场合同商保障为鉴，考虑军民融合保障参与实体的不同特点，从整体观念、优势互补、协调机构、核心保障、训练实施等方面给出措施建议，旨在为提高军民融合保障效益提供方法对策。

The process of civil-military integration support has entered the phases of actualiza-tion,and it is necessary to strengthen the study of probably appearing questions.Aiming at typical problems of American field contractor support,the paper analyzes the support flows,contract criteri-on,command and control power,support efficiency and etc.Based on American field contractor sup-port and entities different characters of civil-military integration support,it proposes the measures and suggestion of whole notions,advantages complementing each other,harmony organization,kernel support,training and so on in order to provide methods and decision for improving the efficiency of civil-military integration support.
