分析了不同马铃薯品种(系)和马铃薯采集地土壤中的硒含量,研究了不同马铃薯品种(系)对硒元素的吸收及富集情况。结果表明:不同品种(系)马铃薯的硒累积量具有很大差异,品系‘0602-65’的硒积累量明显高于其他品种;不同品种(系)马铃薯对硒的吸收富集能力差异较大,品系‘0602-65’对硒的富集能力最强,其次为品系‘09012-74’;对不同器官马铃薯的研究结果显示,马铃薯不同器官对硒的吸收富集能力也不同,其富集规律为茎>叶>根>块茎,马铃薯的茎干部位对硒的吸收能力较强,硒元素主要富集在马铃薯的茎干部位。

The selenium contents in different varieties (lines) of potato and in the soil where the potato was grown were analyzed, and the patterns of selenium absorption and enrichment of different varieties (lines) of potato were studied. There was a large difference in different varieties (lines) of potato for selenium accumulation, and the selenium accumulation of ' 0602-65' was obviously higher than other varieties (lines), then fol owed by the line of '09012-74'. Different organs of potato were also different in the absorption and the enrichment ability of selenium, with stem, leaf, root, and tuber placed in descending order. The selenium absorption ability of potato was stronger in stems than other organs, and the selenium was mainly enriched in potato stems.
