目的：观察贝那普利联合乐卡地平对轻、中度高血压的治疗效果和安全性。方法选取104例轻、中度高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组单纯使用贝那普利治疗，实验组使用贝那普利联合乐卡地平治疗，观察比较两组疗效。结果实验组患者治疗8周时，其收缩压与舒张压与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论对轻、中度高血压患者给予贝那普利联合乐卡地平治疗有较好的效果，安全性高，值得应用。
목적：관찰패나보리연합악잡지평대경、중도고혈압적치료효과화안전성。방법선취104례경、중도고혈압환자작위연구대상，수궤분위량조。대조조단순사용패나보리치료，실험조사용패나보리연합악잡지평치료，관찰비교량조료효。결과실험조환자치료8주시，기수축압여서장압여대조조비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；량조환자불량반응비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론대경、중도고혈압환자급여패나보리연합악잡지평치료유교호적효과，안전성고，치득응용。
Objective To observe the ef icacy and safety of Benazepril combining with lercanidipine treatment for mild to moderate hypertension. Methods 104 cases of mild to moderate hypertensive patients as research subjects were randomly divided into two groups. Control group used benazepril, while the experimental group used benazepril combining with lercanidipine. Then observed and compared therapeutic ef ects of the two groups. Results After treating for 8 weeks, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were dif erent from the control group. And the dif erences were significant(P<0.05).Adverse reactions in patients of two groups which had compare with each other were not significantly dif erent(P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with mild to moderate hypertension who had been given benazepril combining with lercanidipine treatment has a good clinical ef ecacy.The treatment is safe, and worth wild applications.
