目的:探讨血管内超声筛查动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄的价值。方法:选取行肾动脉造影的患者,进一步进行血管内超声检查,观察肾动脉斑块的特点,比较肾动脉造影与血管内超声检查结果之间的相关性,探索血管内超声检查是否增加X线曝光时间。结果:在动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄的患者中,血管内超声检查可以获得稳定的肾动脉全程图像,能描述肾动脉斑块的解剖学信息,血管内超声扫查结果与造影结果具有良好的相关性,能发现造影所不能发现的问题,可以作为肾动脉造影的重要补充,血管内超声检查未显著增加术中X线暴露时间。结论:血管内超声可以实现动脉粥样硬化性肾动脉狭窄的常规筛查,是肾动脉造影的重要补充,不显著增加X线暴露时间。
目的:探討血管內超聲篩查動脈粥樣硬化性腎動脈狹窄的價值。方法:選取行腎動脈造影的患者,進一步進行血管內超聲檢查,觀察腎動脈斑塊的特點,比較腎動脈造影與血管內超聲檢查結果之間的相關性,探索血管內超聲檢查是否增加X線曝光時間。結果:在動脈粥樣硬化性腎動脈狹窄的患者中,血管內超聲檢查可以穫得穩定的腎動脈全程圖像,能描述腎動脈斑塊的解剖學信息,血管內超聲掃查結果與造影結果具有良好的相關性,能髮現造影所不能髮現的問題,可以作為腎動脈造影的重要補充,血管內超聲檢查未顯著增加術中X線暴露時間。結論:血管內超聲可以實現動脈粥樣硬化性腎動脈狹窄的常規篩查,是腎動脈造影的重要補充,不顯著增加X線暴露時間。
목적:탐토혈관내초성사사동맥죽양경화성신동맥협착적개치。방법:선취행신동맥조영적환자,진일보진행혈관내초성검사,관찰신동맥반괴적특점,비교신동맥조영여혈관내초성검사결과지간적상관성,탐색혈관내초성검사시부증가X선폭광시간。결과:재동맥죽양경화성신동맥협착적환자중,혈관내초성검사가이획득은정적신동맥전정도상,능묘술신동맥반괴적해부학신식,혈관내초성소사결과여조영결과구유량호적상관성,능발현조영소불능발현적문제,가이작위신동맥조영적중요보충,혈관내초성검사미현저증가술중X선폭로시간。결론:혈관내초성가이실현동맥죽양경화성신동맥협착적상규사사,시신동맥조영적중요보충,불현저증가X선폭로시간。
Objective:To evaluate the value of screening the atheroscle-rotic renal artery stenosis ( RAS ) with intravascular ultrasound ( IVUS ) . Methods:Patients undergone renal artery angiography received further in-spection of IVUS by which the properties of the renal artery plaque was investigated.The findings were compared for the relationship between re-nal artery angiography and IVUS as well as whether the IVUS examination had increased the X-ray exposure time.Results: In patients with athero-sclerotic RAS,IVUS enabled better exposure of stable renal artery picture and definition of the anatomic configuration of the artery plaque , and it still produced comparable findings with that did by the angiography .In addition,IVUS examination did not significantly increase the intraopera-tive X-ray exposure time.Conclusion: IVUS may be used for regular screening of atherosclerotic RAS and serve as an assistant means for renal artery angiography without increase the X-ray exposure time.
