以20万t/a焦炉煤气制甲醇装置为例，介绍了四川天一科技股份有限公司“弛放气制甲醇专利技术”的应用。实践证明，该发明专利的应用，除增加甲醇产量外，还副产一定量的中压蒸汽，整个甲醇装置的二氧化碳排放量也大大减少，达到了节能减排的目的，具有较大的经济效益和环境效益。

Based on its application in a 200,000t/a coke oven gas-based methanol plant, the patented technology for using methanol purge gas to produce methanol developed by Sichuan Tianyi Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was introduced. The application results showed that the proprietary technology could bring great economic and environmental benefits by increasing output of methanol and medium pressure steam and reducing CO2 emission.
