数学专业特岗教师是农村教师的新生力量和重要组成部分,直接关系到农村数学教师队伍的整体素质。采用问卷调查法、座谈法和统计学方法对河南省数学专业特岗教师的现状进行调查。调查发现河南省数学专业特岗教师工资待遇不均衡,教师职业认同感强,教学反思意识不强,教育科研成果少,计算机教学专业应用不够。应保障特岗教师的工资待遇,解决特岗教师服务期满后的留任问题,培育科研成果,倡导计算机在教学中的应用,支持特岗教师的专业成长。

Special post teachers in mathematics major are the new and the main strengths in rural education works. It relates directly to the quality of mathematics teachers in rural areas. Therefore, we have used the questionnaire survey procedure, the discussion law and the statistical method and have conducted the investigation and study to status of Special post teachers in mathematics major in Henan province. We found that teachers’ salaries is uneven, teachers’ professional identity is well, the awareness of teaching reflection is not high, educational achievements in scientific research is little, and computer applications of mathematics teaching is not enough. We should safeguard the special post teachers' wages, address their post after the expiration of service, nurture their scientific research, advocate the application of computers in teaching and support their teacher professional development.
