为降低配煤成本,扩大炼焦煤源,济钢新开发蒙古焦煤资源。该蒙古焦煤结焦性较好,硫分低,在与国内焦煤资源对比分析和试验研究的基础上,以20%的配比替代国内同类焦煤资源用于配煤炼焦生产,焦炭质量指标保持稳定,硫分下降,配合煤成本约降低10元/t。

In order to reduce coal-blending cost and enlarge coal resource, Jinan Steel developed one of the new coking coals. This coal came from People’s Republic of Mongolia and it has better coke ability and low sulphur content. Based on the comparison between Mongolia Coking Coal and other coking coals inland, when the Mongolia Coking Coal was blended in ratio of 20 percent, the quality of coke kept stable and the cost of blending-coal reduced by 10 Yuan RMB per ton.
