山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂采用“大风量、高动能活跃炉缸”的送风制度,通过提高顶压、降低煤气流速、适当疏松边缘、稳定煤气流等措施,平均鼓风动能提高1000 kg·m/s,增强了高炉抗波动能力,实现了产能快速调整需求,并取得了燃耗520 kg/t、焦比340 kg/t、煤比180 kg/t的较好技术经济指标。
山鋼股份萊蕪分公司煉鐵廠採用“大風量、高動能活躍爐缸”的送風製度,通過提高頂壓、降低煤氣流速、適噹疏鬆邊緣、穩定煤氣流等措施,平均鼓風動能提高1000 kg·m/s,增彊瞭高爐抗波動能力,實現瞭產能快速調整需求,併取得瞭燃耗520 kg/t、焦比340 kg/t、煤比180 kg/t的較好技術經濟指標。
산강고빈래무분공사련철엄채용“대풍량、고동능활약로항”적송풍제도,통과제고정압、강저매기류속、괄당소송변연、은정매기류등조시,평균고풍동능제고1000 kg·m/s,증강료고로항파동능력,실현료산능쾌속조정수구,병취득료연모520 kg/t、초비340 kg/t、매비180 kg/t적교호기술경제지표。
The Ironmaking Plant of Laiwu Branch Company of Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Adopted blasting system of“large blasting and high kinetic energy for active hearth”. Through adopting some measures included increasing top pressure, decreasing gas flow velocity, properly loosening sides, stabilizing gas stream, the average blasting kinetic energy was increased by 1 000 kg·m/s, strengthening resistance wave ability of BF and achieving the speed adjustment of production capacity. The well economics and technical indexes of fuel consumption of 520 kg/t, coke rate of 340 kg/t and coal rate of 180 kg/t were achieved.
