我区民间借贷的发展与国际相比，仍有较大差距，特别是由于眼下整体经济运行进入下行期，民间借贷机构业务大幅收缩；“只存不贷”后续资金严重不足；没有政策支持、监管滞后；可持续发展面临很大困难。因此，规范和发展民间借贷，实现我区“8337”发展思路，促进经济社会和谐发展意义重大。
我區民間藉貸的髮展與國際相比，仍有較大差距，特彆是由于眼下整體經濟運行進入下行期，民間藉貸機構業務大幅收縮；“隻存不貸”後續資金嚴重不足；沒有政策支持、鑑管滯後；可持續髮展麵臨很大睏難。因此，規範和髮展民間藉貸，實現我區“8337”髮展思路，促進經濟社會和諧髮展意義重大。
아구민간차대적발전여국제상비，잉유교대차거，특별시유우안하정체경제운행진입하행기，민간차대궤구업무대폭수축；“지존불대”후속자금엄중불족；몰유정책지지、감관체후；가지속발전면림흔대곤난。인차，규범화발전민간차대，실현아구“8337”발전사로，촉진경제사회화해발전의의중대。
There is a relatively big gap in private loaning between the Region and the world ,especially when the current overall economic situation indicates a downward trend .There has been a great shrink in private loaning business ,a severe lack of follow-up funding due to“only deposits ,no loans”,an absence of policy support but a backword supervision ,and it is very difficult to have a sustainable development there . It is important to regulate and develop private loaning so as to realize the Region's “8337”developing plan and promote a harmony economic and social development .
