利用正相与反相硅胶柱色谱法,从金刚纂(Euphorbia antiquorum)的70%丙酮提取物的乙酸乙酯部分共分离鉴定了6个化合物。经波谱分析分别鉴定为:13β-hydroxy-3,15-dioxoatis-16-ene (1),ent-16α,17-dihydroxykauran-3-one (2),ent-16α,17-dihydroxyatisan-3-one (3),ent-3β(13S),17-dihydroxyatisan-16-en-14-one (4),6,7,8-trimethoxyl-coumarin(5)和β-sitosterol(6)。化合物2为对映-贝壳杉烷型二萜,化合物1、3和4为阿替生烷型二萜,其中化合物1-4为首次从该植物中分离得到。

이용정상여반상규효주색보법,종금강찬(Euphorbia antiquorum)적70%병동제취물적을산을지부분공분리감정료6개화합물。경파보분석분별감정위:13β-hydroxy-3,15-dioxoatis-16-ene (1),ent-16α,17-dihydroxykauran-3-one (2),ent-16α,17-dihydroxyatisan-3-one (3),ent-3β(13S),17-dihydroxyatisan-16-en-14-one (4),6,7,8-trimethoxyl-coumarin(5)화β-sitosterol(6)。화합물2위대영-패각삼완형이첩,화합물1、3화4위아체생완형이첩,기중화합물1-4위수차종해식물중분리득도。
By the means of chromatographic methods and spectroscopic evidences,6 known compounds were iso-lated and identified from the EtOAc extract of E.antiquorum.Their structures were identified respectively as 1 3β-hydroxy-3,1 5 -dioxoatis-1 6-ene (1),ent-1 6α,1 7-dihydroxykauran-3 -one (2),ent-1 6α, 1 7-dihydroxyatisan-3-one(3),ent-3β(1 3S),1 7 -dihydroxyatisan-1 6 -en-1 4-one (4),6,7,8 -trimethoxyl-coumarin (5 ),and β-sitosterol (6 ).Compounds 1 -4 were ent-kaurane or atisane diterpe-noids,which were isolated from this plant for the first time.
