针对无人机转子发动机原位维修缺乏手段的问题,以便携式工控计算机系统为硬件基础,利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术、传感器技术、信号调理技术设计了无人机转子发动机便携式检修仪。实际运用结果表明,该检修仪人机界面友好,运行稳定可靠,检测结果准确,可满足无人机转子发动机的修理检测需求。
針對無人機轉子髮動機原位維脩缺乏手段的問題,以便攜式工控計算機繫統為硬件基礎,利用LabVIEW虛擬儀器技術、傳感器技術、信號調理技術設計瞭無人機轉子髮動機便攜式檢脩儀。實際運用結果錶明,該檢脩儀人機界麵友好,運行穩定可靠,檢測結果準確,可滿足無人機轉子髮動機的脩理檢測需求。

Considering that the repair and maintenance means of UAV rotary engine in original position are deficient. This paper designs a portable overhaul apparatus for UAV rotary engine, by taking the portable industrial personal computer system as a hardware basis and utilizing the technologies of LabVIEW virtual instrument, sensor and signal conditioning. Practical use shows that this designed overhaul apparatus is of friendly interface, stable and reliable operation, accurate test results, which can meet the demand of detection and repair for UAV rotary engine.
