金城江水力发电厂拔贡水电站1号、2号机组2013年3月投产发电以来制动系统出现的故障，严重威胁到机组的安全运行。通过对拔贡水电站机组制动系统故障原因及特征开展诊断工作，针对故障发生的原因进行性质定位，根据故障发生的原因对故障进行逐条消除，同时对设备进行若干局部改造，最终成功解决了1号、2号发电机组制动系统的故障问题。

The faults on the braking system of No.1 and No. 2 units of Bagong hydropower station seriously threatened the safe operation of the units since being put into operation in March of 2013. These faults have been eliminated suc-cessfully finally through diagnosing and positioning of faults reasons, one-by-one eliminating faults and partial im-provement of the equipments.
