鉴于20世纪90年代渔洋河流域在聂家河水文站的上下游先后建成水库枢纽和引水枢纽工程并运用,在提高流域综合利用效益的同时,也引起工程下游河道水文情势的变化,特别是聂家河水文控制站洪水资料的一致性也受到影响,在现有资料条件下,用水量平衡法和相关法对聂家河水文站洪峰流量进行了还原计算,为区域开发利用规划提供决策依据。
鑒于20世紀90年代漁洋河流域在聶傢河水文站的上下遊先後建成水庫樞紐和引水樞紐工程併運用,在提高流域綜閤利用效益的同時,也引起工程下遊河道水文情勢的變化,特彆是聶傢河水文控製站洪水資料的一緻性也受到影響,在現有資料條件下,用水量平衡法和相關法對聶傢河水文站洪峰流量進行瞭還原計算,為區域開髮利用規劃提供決策依據。

A reservoir and a water diversion project have been built and put into operation respectively in the upper and lower reaches of Niejia river hydrological stations in Yuyang River basin since 1990 .The comprehensive utilization bene-fits in river basin have been improved , however , the hydrological circumstances in the lower reaches of Niejia river has somehow changed , such as the consistency of flood data collected by Niejia river hydrological stations .On the basis of current information , the water balance method and the correlation method are employed to carry out the restoration calcu-lation of flood peak flow recorded by Niejia river hydrologic stations , so as to provide foundation for making decision on the regional development planning and utilization .
