以龚嘴水电站为例,介绍多沙河流上水轮机部件受到空蚀和泥沙磨损的情况,经过多年的实践和研究,对不同的修补材料及工艺措施比较,提出了对易发生磨蚀部位采用高抗磨蚀材料进行防护、修补的措施,延长了水轮机的使用寿命。

The current condition about the erosion and abrasion of turbine components running on the sandy river is in -troduced by taking Gongzui Hydropower Station as an example .On the basis of years ’ practice and research , different repair materials and technical measures are compared .It is proposed that high-abrasion resistant material be applied to prevent and repair easily abrasion parts in order to increase the turbine service life .
