某输电线路在安全度过最大覆冰载荷后,随着气温升高,在覆冰融化过程中OP GW发生脱冰跳跃,造成线夹断裂失效, OP GW掉落至铁塔横担,弹跳过程中接近导线放电跳闸。针对该事故开展现场勘查、线夹材质检测、线夹断裂故障分析工作。结合工程实际,提出事故线路段OP GW单线夹改双线夹的技术措施及防护方法。

A certain transmission line has spent the largest ice load period safely. As the temperature rose the ice shedding of OPGW occurred in ice melting process which caused clamp failure OPGW dropping and discharge trip. According to the accident site scene investigation clamp material testing and clamp fracture failure analysis were carried out . Combined with the engineering practice technical measures that OPGW single clip will be changed to double clips in the accident line segment are put forward in the paper.
