针对传统电网安全稳定控制装置中广泛使用的无故障跳闸判据在潮流转移后对轻载线路可能误判为跳闸的问题,以分层区域集中式广域保护结构为例,基于分布系数法识别系统潮流转移,提出并分析一种新型综合跳闸判据。

To solve the problem of probable mal-operation of widely-used non-fault tripping criterion in traditional security and stability control device for the light-load line after power flow transferring a novel and comprehensive tripping criterion is proposed and analyzed by taking the regional centralized wide area protection as an example which is based on the identification of power flow transferring by using distributed coefficient.
