针对电力市场下水电站优化运行问题,建立了基于分时电价的三峡梯级水电站联合优化调度模型。优化调度模型以系统发电效益最大为目标,考虑了分时电价因子和梯级水库间流量传播问题。采用改进遗传算法求解模型,运用正切轮盘赌选择算子保持适应度函数非负;应用随个体适应值大小和群体分散程度自适应控制的遗传参数,保持种群多样性。研究成果表明:在电力市场下,水库优化调度的目标函数选取为发电效益最大有实用价值,对未来三峡梯级水电站日发电计划的编制有一定借鉴意义和应用价值。

According to the optimal operation of the hydropower station in electric power market ,the joint optimal opera-tion model of Three Gorges cascade hydropower station system is set up based on TOU power price .Taking aim at maxi-mum power generation benefit for the model ,the temporal-spatial variation of the flow between the cascade hydropower stations and TOU are taken into account .The improved GA is adopted for optimizing cascade hydropower stations ,and the tangent-roulette selection operator is used for keeping the fitness value non-negative ;The adaptive GA parameters is applied for maintaining the diversity of population .The results show that in the electric power market ,the maximum pow-er generation benefit is selected for the objective function of optimal operation model ,which has practical value .The re-search achievements have an important reference for the compilation of the daily generation schedule of Three Gorges cas -cade hydropower station system .
