针对进气道喷入甲醇由F-T柴油引燃(HCII)的燃烧方式,在增压中冷柴油机上开展了发动机性能和排放试验。结果表明,当循环供油量一致时,标定工况下发动机的功率和扭矩与原机(仅燃用柴油)相比都有所下降,最大降幅为8%。转速为2400 r/min的负荷特性下燃用4种混合燃料时缸内最高燃烧压力均呈现上升趋势,且都低于同工况下仅燃用纯柴油时的压力。在2400 r/min的负荷特性下,随着甲醇比例的增加,NOx 排放显著下降,最高降幅77%,炭烟排放低负荷时升高,高负荷时下降。
針對進氣道噴入甲醇由F-T柴油引燃(HCII)的燃燒方式,在增壓中冷柴油機上開展瞭髮動機性能和排放試驗。結果錶明,噹循環供油量一緻時,標定工況下髮動機的功率和扭矩與原機(僅燃用柴油)相比都有所下降,最大降幅為8%。轉速為2400 r/min的負荷特性下燃用4種混閤燃料時缸內最高燃燒壓力均呈現上升趨勢,且都低于同工況下僅燃用純柴油時的壓力。在2400 r/min的負荷特性下,隨著甲醇比例的增加,NOx 排放顯著下降,最高降幅77%,炭煙排放低負荷時升高,高負荷時下降。

Based on the combustion method of inlet port sprayed with methanol homogeneous charge induced ignition (HCII) by F-T diesel ,the power and emission performance of turbocharged and intercooled engine were researched .The results show that the power and torque of rated condition decrease and the maximum drop is 8% at the same cycle fuel injection .In partial loads at 2 400 r/min ,the maximum in-cylinder combustion pressure of 4 blended fuels shows the increasing trend and is lower than that of pure diesel .Besides ,the NOx emission decreases significantly and has the highest drop of 77% with the increase of methanol proportion and the soot emission increases at low loads and decreases at high loads .
