针对涡轮箱在冷热冲击考核试验过程中容易在舌口、喉口、放气阀门孔附近出现裂纹的问题，对某型汽油增压器进行了冷热冲击考核试验，分析了其放气阀门孔附近出现裂纹的基本原因，通过有限元软件采用单向流-热-固耦合的数值模拟方法，多方案对比优化改进涡轮箱结构，优选出涡轮箱应力幅值降低最大的涡轮箱几何结构作为最佳方案。

For the crack problem near the tongue ,throat and waste gate of turbine housing during the cold and hot shock test , the test for a gasoline turbocharger was carried out ,the crack reasons of waste gate valve seat were analyzed and the numerical simulation of fluid-heat-solid coupling was conducted with FEA software .By the different simulated schemes ,the structure of turbine housing was optimized and improved .Finally ,the geometric structure with the largest stress drop was selected as the optimal scheme .
