针对汽轮机实际运行负荷较低,防喘振阀开度大,系统消耗较高等问题,经过总结和借鉴相关经验,将A系统和B系统的气氨管线联通,使得大部分气氨由离心式氨压缩机压缩,以提高离心式氨压缩机的负荷,降低螺杆压缩机的负荷(停开3~4台螺杆压缩机),改造效益相当显著。
針對汽輪機實際運行負荷較低,防喘振閥開度大,繫統消耗較高等問題,經過總結和藉鑒相關經驗,將A繫統和B繫統的氣氨管線聯通,使得大部分氣氨由離心式氨壓縮機壓縮,以提高離心式氨壓縮機的負荷,降低螺桿壓縮機的負荷(停開3~4檯螺桿壓縮機),改造效益相噹顯著。
침대기륜궤실제운행부하교저,방천진벌개도대,계통소모교고등문제,경과총결화차감상관경험,장A계통화B계통적기안관선련통,사득대부분기안유리심식안압축궤압축,이제고리심식안압축궤적부하,강저라간압축궤적부하(정개3~4태라간압축궤),개조효익상당현저。
Based on actual running load of steam turbine was low ,the opening degree of anti surge valve was big and consumption was high , by drawing on the relative experience , the technical revamping was as follows:ammonia gas pipelines for A system and B system were connected to make most of the ammonia gas compressed by centrifugal ammonia compressor ,raising load for ammonia centrifugal compressor and reducing that for screw compressor( stop 3~4 screw compressors) , w hich brought notable effect .
