志愿服务对大学生道德养成具有提高道德认知水平、丰富道德情感、磨炼道德意志和形成良好道德行为习惯的作用。高校应通过推动大学生志愿服务的普遍化和日常化、引导大学生端正志愿服务参与动机、建立科学合理的考评和激励机制等措施以充分发挥志愿服务的德育功能。

지원복무대대학생도덕양성구유제고도덕인지수평、봉부도덕정감、마련도덕의지화형성량호도덕행위습관적작용。고교응통과추동대학생지원복무적보편화화일상화、인도대학생단정지원복무삼여동궤、건립과학합리적고평화격려궤제등조시이충분발휘지원복무적덕육공능。
T he volunteer service is conducive to improving college students'moral cognition level ,enric-hing their moral feelings ,exercising their moral will and forming their moral behaviors .Therefore ,to give full play to the moral function of volunteer service ,the college should promote the popularization of the students'volunteer service ,instruct the students to foster correct participating motivation ,es-tablish scientific and reasonable appraisal and incentive mechanism and so on .
