随着城市化进程的推进，原本在城市中心的工厂外迁，遗留下废弃的旧工厂区。如何再生与更新出这些地块的活力，带动经济的发展，同时又延续其中包含的历史记忆，一直是一个难以平衡的问题。文章综合经济、文化、社会等效应，选取合肥合力叉车厂为实例进行分析与改造方案探索，以求达到城市改造综合效应的最大化。

Along with the advancement of urbanization ,the plants leave away from the downtown of the city ,resulting in the deserted old plant area .How to regenerate and update the vigor of this area and improve the development of economy as well as preserve the historical memory is always a difficult problem .In view of the economic ,cultural and social effect ,and taking Hefei Heli Forklift Factory as an example ,the reconstruction scheme of the old plant area is explored to optimize the comprehensive effect of urban reconstruction .
