以368名教师为对象(其中优秀教师143名、普通教师225名),用问卷调查的方式获取具体的数据,通过分析不同类型教师家庭的差异,探求教师家庭的基本现状以及家庭对教师工作的影响。结果显示,优秀教师家庭幸福感要高于普通教师;普通教师中,幼儿园教师要高于小学、初中、高中教师。在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,提出建议:学校要关心教师的家庭经济生活,提高教师的经济收入;教师也要保持良好的心态,多参加艺术、体育类活动。

이368명교사위대상(기중우수교사143명、보통교사225명),용문권조사적방식획취구체적수거,통과분석불동류형교사가정적차이,탐구교사가정적기본현상이급가정대교사공작적영향。결과현시,우수교사가정행복감요고우보통교사;보통교사중,유인완교사요고우소학、초중、고중교사。재대조사결과진행분석적기출상,제출건의:학교요관심교사적가정경제생활,제고교사적경제수입;교사야요보지량호적심태,다삼가예술、체육류활동。
A questionnaire was conducted with 368 teachers as research subject,among which 143 are excellent teachers and 225 are ordinary teachers. Data were collected and analyzed to disclose the influence of their families on their professional work. The results indicate:excellent teachers’sense of happiness is higher than that of ordinary teachers;among ordinary teachers,kindergarten teachers’sense of happiness is higher than primary and middle school teachers. Based on the results,it is suggested: leadership of schools should attach importance to staff members’ income increase;teachers should maintain a positive and healthy mentality and involve themselves more in art and sport activities.
