通过鄂州长港河道整治工程的实际工程应用，提出了可普遍应用于河道流域治理的柔性防护结构解决方案，通过与传统刚性防护结构进行比选，归纳总结柔性防护结构在安全、经济、施工、生态方面的突出特点，为类似工程提供了一种可借鉴的解决办法。

By means of introducing the practical application of the regulation project of Ezhou Changgang River , the flexible protective structure which can be widely used in river requlation are proposed .By comparing and selecting with traditional rigid protective structure , the prominent characteristics in security , economy , construction , ecological aspects are summarized , which provides solutions for similar projects .
