为满足瀑布沟水电站防洪度汛要求,确保泄洪隧洞安全运行,对泄洪洞衬砌裂缝进行了检查和测量,分析了洞内衬砌产生裂缝的原因。采取聚氨酯和亲水性环氧灌浆料两序孔复合补强灌浆技术,对泄洪洞衬砌缺陷进行了修补。经历了汛期泄洪过流的实践检验,修复后的泄洪洞运行状况良好。

In order to meet the requirements of flood control of Pubugou Hydropower Station and to ensure the safe oper -ation of flood discharging tunnel , the tunnel lining cracks are inspected and measured and the reasons for cracks are ana-lyzed.Two sequence hole complex reinforcement grouting technique with polyurethane and hydrophilic epoxy grouting material are employed for repairing cracks .The repaired water discharging tunnel survived the test of large flood flow , which shows the good repair and operation .
