目的：了解天津市警务人员对性传播疾病（ STD）的职业暴露认知和防护意识，比较其与医务人员间的差异。方法随机抽取天津市警务人员500名为观察组，并随机抽取天津市医务人员200名为对照组，完成关于STD职业暴露和职业防护的问卷调查，比较两组间差异。结果警务人员对职业暴露风险的认识不足，其与血液等体液接触的几率与医务人员相当；警务人员在接触血液等体液后的洗手方式、工作环境的定期消毒、单位组织定期职业防护学习和对STD职业暴露后的处理措施方面表现均差于医务人员。结论警务人员存在较高的STD职业暴露风险，对STD的职业暴露认知和职业防护意识较差。
목적：료해천진시경무인원대성전파질병（ STD）적직업폭로인지화방호의식，비교기여의무인원간적차이。방법수궤추취천진시경무인원500명위관찰조，병수궤추취천진시의무인원200명위대조조，완성관우STD직업폭로화직업방호적문권조사，비교량조간차이。결과경무인원대직업폭로풍험적인식불족，기여혈액등체액접촉적궤솔여의무인원상당；경무인원재접촉혈액등체액후적세수방식、공작배경적정기소독、단위조직정기직업방호학습화대STD직업폭로후적처리조시방면표현균차우의무인원。결론경무인원존재교고적STD직업폭로풍험，대STD적직업폭로인지화직업방호의식교차。
Objective To investigate the cognition of occupational exposure to and protection from STD among the police of -ficers in Tianjin,and to compare the difference of awareness with that of the medical staff .Methods 500 Tianjin police officers and 200 Tianjin medical personnel were randomly selected as control group and questionnaires about occupational exposure and protection of STD were filled in and the difference between the police officers and the medical staff was compared .Results The police officers were less aware of the risks of occupational exposure ,but they had the same high risks with that of the medical staff in tems of contact with the body fluids , such as blood .The medical staff performed better than the police officers in terms of cleaning hands after contact with body fluids ,regular disinfection of work environment ,learning of occupational protection on a regular basis and treatment measures after occupational exposure to STD .Conclusion The police officers in Tianjin have a poor awareness of occupational exposure to and occu -pational protection from STD ,although they are faced with high risks of occupational exposure to STD .
