目的：检测医护人员使用两种消毒液取用装置外科手消毒的效果，比较两组的无菌率、消毒液的使用量，探讨外科手消毒的最佳方法。方法：按随机分组抽样100名手术医护人员，将感应式消毒液取用装置外科手消毒作为实验组，将按压接触式消毒液取用装置作为对照组。结果：两种消毒液取用装置均达到卫生部《消毒技术规范》标准，但感应式消毒液取用装置用液量少于按压接触式消毒液取用装置。结论：感应式消毒液取用装置使用方便，节省消毒液。
목적：검측의호인원사용량충소독액취용장치외과수소독적효과，비교량조적무균솔、소독액적사용량，탐토외과수소독적최가방법。방법：안수궤분조추양100명수술의호인원，장감응식소독액취용장치외과수소독작위실험조，장안압접촉식소독액취용장치작위대조조。결과：량충소독액취용장치균체도위생부《소독기술규범》표준，단감응식소독액취용장치용액량소우안압접촉식소독액취용장치。결론：감응식소독액취용장치사용방편，절성소독액。
Objective:to check the efficacy of hand disinfection in surgical department of two taking devices. Sterility rate, disinfectant amount were compared to discuss the best hand disinfection method. Method:100 surgical professions were randomly divided into two groups. Experiment group uses inductive disinfectant device, control group uses push type device.Result:two devices reach disinfection norms by ministry of health. But inductive disinfectant device shows less amount of disinfectant.Conclusion:inductive device is easy to use and efficient in the amount.
