目的：探索微创折叠人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术的有效性和实用性。方法：回顾分析32例(32只眼)微创选择悬吊式人工晶状体睫状沟固定术治疗情况。结果：随访1~3个月，术后3个月裸眼/矫正视力0.3~0.5者8只眼(25%)，0.6~0.9者17只眼(53.1%)，≥1.0者7只眼（21.9%），术中、术后没有出现严重并发症。结论：微创叠人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术疗效可靠，并发症少，是无足够后囊膜支持的无晶状体眼植入人工晶状体的一种有效、安全的术式。
목적：탐색미창절첩인공정상체첩상구현조술적유효성화실용성。방법：회고분석32례(32지안)미창선택현조식인공정상체첩상구고정술치료정황。결과：수방1~3개월，술후3개월라안/교정시력0.3~0.5자8지안(25%)，0.6~0.9자17지안(53.1%)，≥1.0자7지안（21.9%），술중、술후몰유출현엄중병발증。결론：미창첩인공정상체첩상구현조술료효가고，병발증소，시무족구후낭막지지적무정상체안식입인공정상체적일충유효、안전적술식。
Objective:to discuss and efficacy and practicability of minimally-invasive operation for suspensory foldable intrascular lens implantation in the ciliary groove. Methods:The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 32 eyes of 32 patients treated with suspensory foldable intraocular lens implantation in the ciliary groove.Results:During a follow up of 1 to 3 months,postoperative correct visual acuity of 0.3~0.5 was achieved in 8 eyes (25%),0.6~0.9 in 17eyes (53.1%), and higher than 1.0 in 7 eyes (21.9%) without severe complications. Conclusion:Suspensory foldable intraocular lens implantation in the ciliary groove is an effective and safe surgery for the aphakic eye .
