目的：探讨脑膜瘤的磁共振表现及其诊断。方法：回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤MRI影像资料，记录病灶的位置、数目及信号特点、强化特征等。结果：脑膜瘤边界清晰，多为类圆形，在T2WI上呈稍高信号，T1WI上呈等或稍低信号，占位效应明显，增强后强化均匀。结论：磁共振对脑膜瘤具有良好的诊断价值。
목적：탐토뇌막류적자공진표현급기진단。방법：회고성분석20례경수술병리증실적뇌막류MRI영상자료，기록병조적위치、수목급신호특점、강화특정등。결과：뇌막류변계청석，다위류원형，재T2WI상정초고신호，T1WI상정등혹초저신호，점위효응명현，증강후강화균균。결론：자공진대뇌막류구유량호적진단개치。
Objective:This paper aims to study the MRI features and diagnosis of meningiomas.Methods:A retro-spective analysis on the pathologically confirmed brain meningiomas MRI image data of 20 patients was made to record the position, number, signal characteristics and enhancement features of lesions.Results:The meningiomas bor-ders are clearly, and most of tumors are round-like, their signals on T2WI are slightly longer, those on T1WI are eq-uisignal or longer, mass effects are significant, the enhanced scan showed even enhancement.Conclusion:MRI has good diagnostic value of meningiomas.
