目的：分析老年人结直肠癌的临床特点、外科并发症以及预后，探讨老年人结直肠癌的外科治疗。方法：对66例年龄≥65岁的老年人结直肠癌病例资料，进行临床和病理资料的回顾性分析。结果：41例行根治性手术，25例行姑息性手术治疗。术后7例出现肠梗阻、出血、感染等并发症，其中2例手术后死亡。全组随访1个月~6年，5年存活率51.3%。结论：在重视围手术期的检查和处理后手术死亡率并未增加，术后5年存活率仍可达50%以上，对老年人结直肠癌积极的临床诊治不容忽视。
목적：분석노년인결직장암적림상특점、외과병발증이급예후，탐토노년인결직장암적외과치료。방법：대66례년령≥65세적노년인결직장암병례자료，진행림상화병리자료적회고성분석。결과：41례행근치성수술，25례행고식성수술치료。술후7례출현장경조、출혈、감염등병발증，기중2례수술후사망。전조수방1개월~6년，5년존활솔51.3%。결론：재중시위수술기적검사화처리후수술사망솔병미증가，술후5년존활솔잉가체50%이상，대노년인결직장암적겁적림상진치불용홀시。
Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics,surgical complications and prognosis of colorectal cancer (CRC) in the elderly patients,and discuss the surgical treatment for them. Methods:The clinical data of 66 CRC patients over 65 years old accepting surgical treatment between January 2001 and December 2010 were analyzed ret-rospectively. Results:41 patients (62.1%) accepted radical excision while 25 patients accepted palliative resection.7 patients had postoperative complications , such as intestinal obstruction, haemorrhage , infection and so on. Among them , 2 patients died several days after operation.The overall 5 year survival rate was 51.3%. Conclusion:The opera-tive mortality is lower if much more attentions are paid during operation.Also patients with 5 year survival rate account for more than 50%.So the surgical treatment shouldn't be ignored in the elderly CRC patients.
