该文系统的回顾前交叉韧带（ACL）重建手术观念的整个演变过程：从最初的等长重建到后来的解剖重建；从一开始的前侧入路关节外重建（皮肤切口巨大），到后来的关节镜下前内入路反胫骨重建技术（开始为双切口、后来为单切口，现在为无切口的“全内技术”）；以及最近几年的个体化解剖重建。

The aim of this article is to review this evolution. Initially, tunnels were dependent on the isometry technique. Now, trying to reproduce the anatomy is preferred. Surgical technique has evolved from open surgery with large anterior approach es to arthroscopic transtibial technique with two incision back to one incisions using the anteromedial portal, and finally, no incisions with the"inside-inside technique". Studies have shown that using the natural footprint as the site for tunnels restores the native anterior cruciate ligament is not only beneficial to anteroposterior translation, but also to rotational motion. Therefore, it becomes necessary to choose individualized ACL anatomic reconstruction.
