女性进入围绝经期后，由于卵巢功能减退雌激素不足使女性在心理及生理上发生明显变化，性激素替代疗法(HRT)可以调整月经、缓解围绝经期症状、预防泌尿生殖道萎缩与骨折、降低早期心脑血管意外发生等。且早期开始使用HRT风险很低，长期使用需要针对个体全面分析可能发生的危险因素，决定是否使用或如何使用HRT。

After the women enter the perimenopausal period, they may have significant changes both psychologi-cally and physiologically because of the estrogen shortage resulting from the decreased ovarian function. We normally use exogenous estrogen as a replenishment, this is called hormone replacement therapy-HRT. it shows that HRT can relieve the menstruation and perimenopause symptoms, prevent atrophy of the urogenital epithelium, fracture and re-duce the occurrence of early cardiocerebral events. There is a low risk in early stage using HRT, but all the risk ele-ments for individuals should be considered for long term usage. In order to get the utmost benefits, we should take this into account to determine whether to use HRT or not and how to use it.
