提射频消融技术是继外科手术、放疗、化疗等传统治疗方法之后出现的又一种有效的肿瘤治疗手段,其治疗效果受到组织热物性参数、大血管热降效应、射频电极针及射频发生器等多种因素的影响。射频消融的复杂性使得对肿瘤实现精准消融变得困难,计算机建模仿真由此成为了射频消融技术领域的研究热点。目前射频消融建模仿真主要用于温度场仿真、疗效影响因素和疗效评估等方面的研究。本文就射频消融建模仿真研究进展进行了综述,并提出了今后的发展趋势和研究方向。

Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) , which is affected by tissue thermal physical parameters, RF electrode, RF genera-tor and the heat sink effect of large vessels, has emerged as an effective approach to the treatment of tumors besides the traditional methods such as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy. Due to the complexity of realizing the precise tumor ablation, computer mod-eling and simulation of RFA becomes a hotspot in this research field. It mainly focuses on the following three aspects: temperature field simulation, the influencing factors and treatment evaluation. Studies on RFA modeling and simulation are reviewed and the re-search trends and future directions are pointed out in this article.
