目的：观察中医治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2010年6月～2012年8月来自我院30例肩关节周围炎患者，用自制中药散外敷配合烤电治疗肩周炎。结果：一周治疗后，治愈20例，治愈率66．6％，两周治疗后完全治愈，有效率100％。结论：使用中药散外敷配合烤电治疗肩周炎，能达到消除疼痛，解除粘连，具有疗程短、见效快，安全可靠、患者易于接受等优点，临床实用价值较大，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰중의치료견주염적림상료효。방법：선택2010년6월～2012년8월래자아원30례견관절주위염환자，용자제중약산외부배합고전치료견주염。결과：일주치료후，치유20례，치유솔66．6％，량주치료후완전치유，유효솔100％。결론：사용중약산외부배합고전치료견주염，능체도소제동통，해제점련，구유료정단、견효쾌，안전가고、환자역우접수등우점，림상실용개치교대，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of periarthritis treated with Chinese Medicine. Methods: Thirty cases of periarthritis in our hospital from June,2010 to August,2012 were selected to treat with external application of self-made Chinese medicine powder and diathermy. Results: After one-week treatment, 20 cases were curative and the curative rate was 66.6%. After the two-week treatment, the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: The treatment of external application of Chinese medicine powder integrated with diathermy can reduce pain and release adhesion, which has a short course and quick effects. Considering its advantages of safety, reliability and easy reception, it is clinical effective and worthy of promotion and application.
