针对煤炭供应链交易问题，结合煤炭交易的电子化流程，提出一种介于长协和现货交易之间新的交易模式-短长协交易模式，分析了短长协模式下交易各方的价值体现，设计了短长协交易模式的交易流程，最后，针对我国煤炭交易市场体系现存的资信不高、市场秩序不规范等问题，提出了我国煤炭市场开展短长协交易的对策建议。

In view of the trade problem existed in coal supply chain business, a brand new trading mode cal ed short-long term agreement was put forward in accordance with the electronic process of coal trading. The value to each trading partner under the short-long term agreement mode was analyzed. The trading business process of the short-long term agreement has been designed. Final y, the countermeasure suggestions on the development of short-long term agreement have been proposed with regard to the existing problem of poor credit and market disorder in our coal trading system.
