根据电池的结构、物料组成及产业发展特点,阐述了废旧三元正极材料锂离子电池回收的重要性;围绕废旧电池的预处理、有价材料的回收技术,综合比较了废旧电池放电、拆解方式及拆解过程所产生有害物质的处理方法,分析了铜铝箔、钴镍锰锂金属资源、电解液中有机溶剂等有价材料的回收利用,初步探讨了废旧电池回收利用过程中存在的主要问题及发展前景。
根據電池的結構、物料組成及產業髮展特點,闡述瞭廢舊三元正極材料鋰離子電池迴收的重要性;圍繞廢舊電池的預處理、有價材料的迴收技術,綜閤比較瞭廢舊電池放電、拆解方式及拆解過程所產生有害物質的處理方法,分析瞭銅鋁箔、鈷鎳錳鋰金屬資源、電解液中有機溶劑等有價材料的迴收利用,初步探討瞭廢舊電池迴收利用過程中存在的主要問題及髮展前景。

According to the structure, materials composition and development characteristic of the batteries, the recycling importance of waste lithium-ion batteries with LiNixCoyMn1-x-yO2 cathode material is introduced in detail.The preparation and recycling processes of valuable materials,technologies of the patterns of discharging, shredding and the treatment of hazardous substances that produced in shredding are compared comprehensively. The recycling of metal resources (e.g. Cu, Al, Co, Ni, Mn, Li) and organic solvent in electrolyte are analyzed. The key issues and the development prospect of recycling technologies are preliminary discussed.
