目的：探讨胎盘植入的MRI检查技术应用价值。方法搜集我院2010年6月～2013年9月23例经彩超检查怀疑胎盘植入的患者行MRI检查，将其检查结果和手术后结果进行比较，分析MRI技术、征象和诊断的准确性。结论 MRIT2WI-TSE-SP矢状位为最佳检查技术，直接征象为胎盘植入的主要诊断依据。结论 MRI检查技术对胎盘植入的诊断应用价值高且安全可靠，具有重要诊断价值。
목적：탐토태반식입적MRI검사기술응용개치。방법수집아원2010년6월～2013년9월23례경채초검사부의태반식입적환자행MRI검사，장기검사결과화수술후결과진행비교，분석MRI기술、정상화진단적준학성。결론 MRIT2WI-TSE-SP시상위위최가검사기술，직접정상위태반식입적주요진단의거。결론 MRI검사기술대태반식입적진단응용개치고차안전가고，구유중요진단개치。
Objective:To discuss the best of MRI technique and the diagnosis of MRI in the evaluation of placental invasion. Methods:23 pregnancy women who have been Observed by US were found abnormity in their placenta and difficulty in diagnosis Of placental invasion. Then these patients were checked by MRI and were diagnosed by clinical doctors. The MRI technique,signs and the accuracy of diagnosis were analyzed.The relation between the diagnosis of MRI and clinic was analyzed. Results: The the best of MRI technique was the sagittal view of T2WI-TSE-SP.Diagnosis of placental invasion was based on MRI of direct signs.Conclusion: MRI technique is of great value and of security in diagnosis of placental invasion.
