目的：分析中医辨证联合西医治疗对于治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效，探究其临床价值。方法：随机选取来我院进行治疗的100例急性胰腺炎患者，按照治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者采用西医常规治疗，观察组患者采用中医辨证联合西医治疗，在半月之后，对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的临床症状、生命体征等明显比对照组减轻；且观察组患者的有效率高达90.00%，对照组只有78.00%，明显比对照组高。结论：中医辨证联合西医治疗对于治疗急性胰腺炎，具有良好的临床疗效，值得临床推广使用。
목적：분석중의변증연합서의치료대우치료급성이선염적림상료효，탐구기림상개치。방법：수궤선취래아원진행치료적100례급성이선염환자，안조치료방법분위관찰조화대조조，대조조환자채용서의상규치료，관찰조환자채용중의변증연합서의치료，재반월지후，대비량조환자적림상치료효과。결과：관찰조환자적림상증상、생명체정등명현비대조조감경；차관찰조환자적유효솔고체90.00%，대조조지유78.00%，명현비대조조고。결론：중의변증연합서의치료대우치료급성이선염，구유량호적림상료효，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment for analysis of clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, explore their clinical value. Methods:to our hospital 100 cases of acute pancreatitis treated, according to treatment methods are divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy, the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment, in a half months later, the clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared. Results: Patients with clinical symptoms, vital signs were slighter than that of control group and the observation group patients;Effective rate as high as 90%, the control group only 78%, significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine therapy for the treatment of acute pancreatitis, with good clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical use.
