在合同法教学中推行双语教学,是提升学生综合竞争力、推进国际交流的重要途径。然而,已有的合同法双语教学研究主要从规范方面进行,而实证研究并不多。本研究则对合同法双语教学的认知现状进行实证研究。调查研究结果表明,高校法学专业学生对合同法双语教学认知不足,不同生源(城乡)的学生在双语教学认知上没有显著差异。本研究还初步探索了导致学生对双语教学认知不足的主客观原因。

It is an important way to improve the students’comprehensive competitiveness and promote international exchanges through carrying out the bilingual teaching in the course of contract law.However,the bilingual teaching of contract law was studied mainly from the norms,but lack of empirical studies.This research carries on the empirical research.The research re-sults that,I.The college students’cognition to bilingual teaching of contract law was not enough;II.There were not significant difference in the cognition to bilingual teaching between different sources (urban and rural)students.This study also explored the causes of students'lack of cognition to the bilingual teaching.
