目的：研究秦皇岛健康体检人群胸部X检查的表现及临床应用价值，指导该项目在健康体检中的合理选择。方法对本体检中心2010-01-2011-12体检资料进行回顾性分析，统计胸部X线检查方式及阳性率。结果胸部X线检查仍以X线透视为主(81.92%)；阳性率极低，为2.07％，且与性别、年龄有关。结论健康体检胸部X线检查照射剂量大，阳性率低，应根据病史、职业、性别、年龄等进行个性化选择，不应作为体检普查项目。
목적：연구진황도건강체검인군흉부X검사적표현급림상응용개치，지도해항목재건강체검중적합리선택。방법대본체검중심2010-01-2011-12체검자료진행회고성분석，통계흉부X선검사방식급양성솔。결과흉부X선검사잉이X선투시위주(81.92%)；양성솔겁저，위2.07％，차여성별、년령유관。결론건강체검흉부X선검사조사제량대，양성솔저，응근거병사、직업、성별、년령등진행개성화선택，불응작위체검보사항목。
Objective To study the chest X-ray examination manifestation and the clinical value among health examination population in Q inH uangdao so as to make rational choice in health examination.Methods Health examination data from January,2010 to December,2013 at our health center were retrospectively analyzed to sum up the chest X-ray test mode and positive rate.Results X-ray perspective stills took the leading place in chest X-ray examination(81.92% ) with a low positive rate of 2.07% ,which was related to gender and age.Con-clusion E xposure dose for chest X-ray examination is large,the positive rate is low ,so it is advisable to make personalized choices accord-ing to medical history,occupation,gender,and age,not as a general health examination item .
