目的：探讨高压氧辅助治疗脑干卒中的临床疗效。方法对76例脑干梗死或脑干出血的患者分别给予常规康复治疗及常规康复联合高压氧治疗，应用MBI评分及疗效判定评估两组疗效。结果常规康复联合高压氧治疗有效率达95%，MBI评分明显高于对照组。结论高压氧辅助治疗脑干卒中有显著的治疗效果，早期高压氧介入效果更加明显。
목적：탐토고압양보조치료뇌간졸중적림상료효。방법대76례뇌간경사혹뇌간출혈적환자분별급여상규강복치료급상규강복연합고압양치료，응용MBI평분급료효판정평고량조료효。결과상규강복연합고압양치료유효솔체95%，MBI평분명현고우대조조。결론고압양보조치료뇌간졸중유현저적치료효과，조기고압양개입효과경가명현。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of hyperbaric oxygen auxiliary treatment of brainstem stroke.Methods Or brain stem hem orrhage in 76 cases of brain stem infarction patients were given conventional treatment and conventional rehabilitation com-bined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment.A pplication of MBI scores and outcom e evaluation of two groups of curative effect.Results Rou-tine rehabilitation com bined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment efficiency was 95% ,and the MBI scores are significantly higher than the con-trol group .Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen auxiliary treatment of brainstem stroke has a significant therapeutic effect,early hyperbaric oxy-gen intervention effect more apparent.
