目的：探讨杞菊地黄丸辅助玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症( Keratocon Junetivitis Sieca ，KCS )的疗效及其安全性。方法将2008-07-2012-07入住我院的100例经临床诊断为干眼症患者按照抽签法随机地均分为对照组与观察组，各50例。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为78%，明显低于观察组100%，二者差异具有高度统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论杞菊地黄丸辅助玻璃酸钠治疗干眼症的疗效显著，无任何严重的不良反应出现，应在临床上加以推广并应用。
목적：탐토기국지황환보조파리산납치료간안증( Keratocon Junetivitis Sieca ，KCS )적료효급기안전성。방법장2008-07-2012-07입주아원적100례경림상진단위간안증환자안조추첨법수궤지균분위대조조여관찰조，각50례。결과대조조림상치료총유효솔위78%，명현저우관찰조100%，이자차이구유고도통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론기국지황환보조파리산납치료간안증적료효현저，무임하엄중적불량반응출현，응재림상상가이추엄병응용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect and security of lyciiand chrysanthemiand rehm anniae bolus supplem ented sodi-um hyaluronate to treat dry eye symptoms.Methods 100 cases with clinically diagnosed dry eye symptoms who stayed in our hospital from July,2008 to July,2012 were random ly divided into control group and observation group by the lottery method with 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate and the observation group were treated with lyciiand chrysanthemiand rehm anniae bolus supplem ented sodium hyaluronate.Results The total clinical effect rate of the control group was 78% ,which was clearly low er than 100% of the observation group ,and the differences were of high statistical significance (P<0 .01 ).Conclusion The curative effect of lyciiand chrysanthemiand rehm anniae bolus supplem ented sodium hyaluronate to treat dry eye symptoms is remarkable without serious adverse effects,which is worth clinical promotion and application .
