整体齿轮增速式压缩机由于其结构紧凑、效率高而在现代流程工业中得到广泛的应用,然而由于该类型压缩机为多平行轴系结构,其轴承载荷随着压缩机负荷而发生变化,使得该类转子的动力学分析异常复杂。本文以某实际压缩机组为研究对象,建立了齿轮-轴承-转子的弯曲-扭转耦合系统有限元模型。首先对未耦合的单转子进行刚性支撑下的模态分析和弹性支撑下的不平衡响应分析,并同实测结果对比以确定分析结果的可靠性。在此基础上,研究并揭示了轴承载荷导致的刚度系数变化对转子临界转速和不平衡响应的影响规律,同时对比分析不平衡振动在各个转子之间的传递特性。研究结果表明转子振动幅值会随着压缩机负荷的增加而增加,而齿轮啮合刚度会增大转子振动对不平衡的敏感程度。本论文研究结果可为齿轮增速式离心压缩机的设计以及基于模型的压缩机故障诊断提供一定的理论参考。
整體齒輪增速式壓縮機由于其結構緊湊、效率高而在現代流程工業中得到廣汎的應用,然而由于該類型壓縮機為多平行軸繫結構,其軸承載荷隨著壓縮機負荷而髮生變化,使得該類轉子的動力學分析異常複雜。本文以某實際壓縮機組為研究對象,建立瞭齒輪-軸承-轉子的彎麯-扭轉耦閤繫統有限元模型。首先對未耦閤的單轉子進行剛性支撐下的模態分析和彈性支撐下的不平衡響應分析,併同實測結果對比以確定分析結果的可靠性。在此基礎上,研究併揭示瞭軸承載荷導緻的剛度繫數變化對轉子臨界轉速和不平衡響應的影響規律,同時對比分析不平衡振動在各箇轉子之間的傳遞特性。研究結果錶明轉子振動幅值會隨著壓縮機負荷的增加而增加,而齒輪齧閤剛度會增大轉子振動對不平衡的敏感程度。本論文研究結果可為齒輪增速式離心壓縮機的設計以及基于模型的壓縮機故障診斷提供一定的理論參攷。

With the reputation of compact structure and high efficiency , integrally geared centrifugal compressor has been wide-ly used in the modern process industry .However, because of the characteristics of bearing depend on the load of compressor , an-alyse the rotor dynamics of this type compressoris extremely complex .Based on the theories of rotor dynamics and gear meshing , the finite element model of a gear-bearing-rotor system was established to take into account the axial-lateral-torsional coupling effect based on a certain compressor .First of all, the model analysis on rigid support and unbalance analysis of the single shaft on flexible support were conducted .Comparingwith the measured results , the analysis results were reliable and have high accuracy . On this basis, the investigationindicatesthat the changing of the bearing stiffness coefficient caused by bearing load variation hasan effect on rotor critical speed and unbalance response .Also, the transfer characteristics between the rotors unbalance vibration was contrasted and analyzed .Results show that rotors vibration will increase with the increase of the compressor load , and gear mesh will increase the rotor vibration on the sensitive degree of imbalance .The result of this research can provide certain theoretical reference for the design of the integrally geared centrifugal compressor and compressor fault diagnosis based on the model .
