通过调查分析，阐述了校企合作的模式及特点，分析了校企合作存在的主要问题，提出了发展思路：正确引导校企合作，达成校企共识；积极营造合作环境，争取法律法规保障；增强校企互动，实现校企双赢，以期为新时期高职教育开展校企成功合作提供参考。

This article ,based on investigation and analysis ,elaborates the mode and the feature of the college -enterprise cooperation and analyzes the existing problems in the cooperation . in order to provide references for developing college-enterprise cooperation successfully in the new era during higher vocational education ,the article propose to correctly guide the cooperation and reach the consensus between college and enterprise .Besides ,it should actively create a collaborative environment and strive for getting the guarantee of law as much as possible .By strengthening interactive between college and enterprise ,it will realize the win -win results .
